Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation rules are designed to be clear, transparent, and fair to all parties.

Free Cancellation Window

Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM on the arrival date) are eligible for a 100% full refund with zero cancellation penalty.

Late Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, or no-shows on the booking date, will be charged the equivalent of one night room tariff plus applicable taxes.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited back to the original source account/card within 5 to 7 business days, depending on bank processing schedules.
