Guest Guidelines & Hotel Policies

To ensure a serene, safe, and comfortable experience for all our guests, please adhere to the following community guidelines:

Smoking & Alcohol Policy

All rooms and indoor banquet corridors are designated non-smoking zones for guest safety and fire prevention. Dedicated smoking zones are available outdoors. Possession of alcohol must adhere strictly to Bihar state excise regulations.

Visitor Policy

Non-registered visitors are permitted in the lobby and restaurant areas until 9:00 PM. Visitors must present valid identification at the front desk before entering guest room corridors.

Valuables & Safety

The management is not liable for loss of unattended valuables. In-room lockers or front-desk safe deposit assistance are available upon request.
